The brand name “Rivana” is currently under process for trademark registration with the relevant Indian authorities. We have submitted all required documentation, including proof of non-infringement and prior usage, in accordance with the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

Please note that Rivana will now operate under a proprietorship firm named Rivana Industries, effective immediately. The trademark rights to the name Rivana are owned by one of the directors of Spirugood Pvt. Ltd., who has granted full commercial usage rights to the company. Until trademark approval is granted, Spirugood Pvt. Ltd. continues to oversee and protect the brand’s commercial use and identity under applicable laws.
